1) Eligibility & accounts

• Follow venue rules and event policies; you are responsible for your own attendance decisions.

3) Event listings & accuracy

Listings may be submitted by organizers, venues, or users. You represent that information you submit is accurate, up to date, and authorized. We may edit, reject, remove, or suspend listings or accounts at any time.

4) Third-party events, venues, and ticketing

The Site may describe events operated by third parties and may link to third-party sites (including ticketing). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, schedules, cancellations, safety, accessibility, pricing, refunds, or conduct. Confirm details with the organizer/venue before attending or purchasing.

5) Content you provide

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Site and the relevant listing, subject to your privacy settings (if any) and applicable law.

6) Disclaimers

The Site and listings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyphoria Gatherings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any event/venue. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Site in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zyphoria Gatherings from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9) Changes, termination

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the effective date. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time.

10) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution. Unless prohibited by law, any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
