Community Code of Conduct
Zyphoria Gatherings (United States) • Effective:
1) Our commitment
We aim to provide a welcoming, harassment-free environment for game nights and our online spaces. We expect respectful conduct regardless of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, religion, age, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
2) Where this applies
- In-person events, including venues, parking lots, and adjacent common areas used for the event.
- Site interactions at domain.com and any official community channels we manage.
- Direct communications related to events (e.g., email or messages) when they affect participant safety or experience.
3) Expected behavior
- Be considerate, inclusive, and respectful; listen and disengage if asked.
- Respect boundaries and consent (including physical space, photos, and contact).
- Play fairly, follow event rules, and help keep spaces clean and safe.
- Report concerns promptly so we can address them.
4) Unacceptable behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or targeted intimidation.
- Unwanted sexual attention, sexual harassment, or non-consensual contact.
- Threats of violence, encouragement of self-harm, stalking, or doxxing.
- Disruptive, hostile, or persistently derogatory conduct during play or discussions.
- Retaliation against someone who reports or participates in an investigation.
- Illegal activity or conduct that creates a safety risk.
5) Reporting & response
If you experience or witness a concern:

- At an event: notify the host or designated staff as soon as possible.
- Emergency: call 911 or local emergency services if there is an immediate threat.
We will review reports promptly and may ask for additional details. We will handle information as discreetly as reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee confidentiality. We may contact venue staff or law enforcement when safety requires it.
6) Consequences
Consequences depend on severity and context and may include:
- Verbal or written warning and behavior expectations.
- Removal from a game, chat, or event without refund (where applicable).
- Temporary suspension or permanent ban from events and/or online spaces.
- Contacting venue security or law enforcement.
7) Updates
We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version.
