• You are responsible for confirming event information with the organizer and assessing suitability and safety.

3) No affiliation or endorsement

References to third-party events, venues, organizers, games, brands, or services do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malware.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
