OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
