Each recap follows a predictable structure so you can scan results, formats, and trends. We do not publish player names, handles, emails, or any identifying details. Standings are shown as anonymized positions only (e.g., “Player A”, “Seat 3”).

Recap template (what you’ll see)

  • When/where: date + city/venue type (no addresses)
  • Game + format: ruleset, pods, rounds, time cap
  • Highlights: notable plays & teaching notes (non-identifying)
  • Snapshot: anonymized standings + ties/points summary

Privacy rule (always)

  • No names, usernames, photos, or contact info
  • No “unique descriptors” that identify someone
  • Locations are generalized to city/region
  • Corrections are welcomed via Contact

    Please share only information you have permission to publish. Keep it adults-only, omit personal details (no full names, emails, or phone numbers), and summarize results at the table or league level.

    Reminder: standings snapshots should be aggregate and non-identifying. If you’re unsure, keep it generic or ask before submitting.

    What to include

    • Game, format, date, and venue name (if public)
    • Round highlights, rules notes, and sportsmanship callouts
    • Aggregate results (e.g., top tables, points ranges)

    Avoid: personal identifiers, private venues, or anything not cleared by the organizer.
