Community Guidelines

1) Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse.
• No hate speech or content that promotes violence or discrimination based on protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age).
• No profanity directed at others, and no content intended to shock or provoke.

2) Keep content appropriate

• No sexually explicit content, pornography, or sexualized content involving minors (will be removed and may be reported to relevant authorities).
• No graphic violence, gore, or content glorifying self-harm.
• No illegal activity, instructions to commit wrongdoing, or promotion of dangerous behavior.
• No spam, scams, deceptive links, malware, or impersonation.

3) Protect privacy and safety

• Do not post personal data (yours or others), such as home address, private phone numbers, private emails, financial details, or government IDs.
• No doxxing or sharing private communications without permission.
• If you are under 13, do not submit content. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

4) Rights, permissions, and attribution

Only post content you have the right to share. This includes text, screenshots, fan art, photos, music, and video.

• Copyright: Do not upload copyrighted material unless you own it or have permission (or a valid license) to share it.
• Names/likeness: If you include someone’s name, photo, voice, or quote, you must have their permission (or a lawful basis) to post it.
• Your license to us: By posting, you grant Gametopia Chronicles LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content on the Site for community and editorial purposes (including moderation, backups, and site promotion). You retain ownership.

5) Moderation

We may review, edit, hide, restrict, or remove user content at any time for any reason, including to enforce these guidelines or comply with law. We are not obligated to publish or keep any submission. Repeated violations may result in account or access restrictions.

6) Reporting and takedown requests

If you see content that violates these guidelines or you believe infringes your rights, report it to us with enough detail to investigate (URL, screenshots, and an explanation).

7) Updates

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updated version.
