Community Guidelines
Effective date: February 23, 2026
These guidelines apply to any comments, reviews, messages, uploads, event listings, photos, or other user-generated content ("UGC") posted on Viventara Gatherings. By submitting UGC, you agree to follow these rules.
1) Be respectful and lawful
- No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, doxxing, or encouragement of self-harm or violence.
- No hate speech or discrimination targeting protected characteristics.
- No illegal activity, instructions to commit wrongdoing, or facilitation of crimes.
- Keep discussions relevant; no spam, scams, impersonation, or deceptive promotion.
2) Sexual content and compensated companionship are not allowed
To reduce safety and policy risk, we do not allow:
- Explicit sexual content, pornography, or sexual services solicitation.
- Content involving minors in any sexual context (will be removed and may be reported).
- Requests for, offers of, or arrangements for paid dates, "companionship," escorting, or any sexually suggestive services for compensation (including coded language).
3) Privacy, safety, and intellectual property
- Do not post personal data about yourself or others (home address, private phone, financial info, IDs) unless you have the right and a clear purpose.
- Only share photos, videos, and text you own or have permission to use; respect copyrights and trademarks.
- No malicious content (malware, phishing links, or attempts to bypass security).
4) Moderation and enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict visibility of, or refuse to publish UGC at any time, and may suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations. Enforcement may include warnings, removals, and bans. We may preserve and disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the public, or our services.
5) Reporting and help
To report content or behavior that may violate these guidelines, email contact@domain.com with (1) a link or screenshot, (2) the username, and (3) why you believe it violates these rules. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (call 911 in the United States).
