Submit a hobby circle listing

Send us the details and we’ll review them before anything appears on Hobbynox Circle. We prioritize clarity, safety, and verifiable info—so readers can trust what they’re signing up for.

What gets approved faster

  • Clear event name + recurring schedule (day/time, frequency).
  • Exact location (venue + city/state) or a stable online link.
  • Organizer contact + a public page we can verify.
  • Honest attendance estimate and who it’s a good fit for.

Important: We may edit for clarity, request updates, or decline listings that can’t be verified, are misleading, or don’t align with our community standards.

What happens after you submit

Every listing goes into a review queue. We check for accuracy, clarity, and safety before it appears on Listings.

Typical review time

Most submissions are reviewed within 25 business days. If details are missing, we may pause review and email the organizer contact you provide.

Edits we may make

  • Rewrite the title for search clarity (without changing meaning).
  • Standardize dates, locations, accessibility notes, and skill-level labels.
  • Trim promotional language and keep details attendee-focused (what to expect, cost, and how to join).

If we need to change factual details (time, cost, venue, eligibility), well request confirmation first.

Privacy & consent (before you submit)

We only request personal data that helps us verify, moderate, and publish accurate hobby-circle listings. Please avoid including sensitive information in free-text fields (e.g., government IDs, health details).

What we collect

  • Organizer/contact details you provide (name, email, phone), so we can confirm the listing and follow up if needed.
  • Listing content (topic, location, schedule, fees, accessibility notes, and organizer notes).
  • Submission metadata (timestamp and basic technical logs) to prevent abuse and keep the platform reliable.

How we use it

  • Moderation and verification (confirm event details, attendance expectations, and organizer legitimacy).
  • Publishing the listing (we may display organizer name/handle if you include it; we won’t publish private contact info unless the form explicitly marks it as public).
  • Support communications related to your submission (status updates and clarification questions).

By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the details provided and you consent to our review and publication process. For details on data handling, retention, and your choices, see:
