Community Guidelines
Effective date: February 23, 2026. These guidelines apply to all user-generated content (UGC) on Hobbynox Circle.
1) Our standards
Hobbynox Circle is a place to organize and discuss hobbies. Keep content lawful, accurate, and respectful. Don’t post anything you wouldn’t want shown publicly or reviewed by moderators.
2) Prohibited content
- Sexual content & exploitation: pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual services, fetish content, or any sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited).
- Hate or harassment: hateful content, slurs, demeaning or violent rhetoric about protected groups, bullying, stalking, doxxing, or targeted intimidation.
- Violence & threats: credible threats, incitement, graphic violence, glorification of violent extremism, or instructions to harm.
- Illegal activities: promotion or facilitation of crime (e.g., drug sales, trafficking, fraud, hacking, evading law enforcement), or buying/selling restricted goods.
- Self-harm: promotion or instruction for self-harm. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. In the U.S., you can call/text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
- Misleading or harmful claims: content that could cause harm through deception, including impersonation, scams, or falsified credentials.
- Unverified medical/therapy claims: do not claim to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent conditions; do not offer therapy/medical advice as a professional unless you are qualified and clearly disclose credentials; avoid sensitive health claims that are not evidence-based.
- Privacy & personal data: sharing someone else’s private information without permission (addresses, IDs, financial data, private messages), or collecting data in deceptive ways.
- IP infringement: content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Spam & low-quality destination behavior: repetitive posting, engagement bait, undisclosed ads/affiliate spam, or deceptive redirects.
3) Organizer and event content
Organizers are responsible for their listings, descriptions, and statements. Organizer views are their own and do not represent endorsement by Hobbynox Circle. We may remove or limit event pages that violate these guidelines or create user safety risks.
4) Reporting, moderation, and enforcement
- How to report: use in-product reporting tools (where available) or email contact@domain.com with links/screenshots.
- Review: we review reports and may use automated and human moderation. Response times vary by severity.
- Actions: we may remove content, restrict visibility, issue warnings, suspend/terminate accounts, or block access.
- Legal & safety: we may preserve information and report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
- Appeals: if you believe content was removed in error, contact us with context and the affected URL/username.
5) Keep it trustworthy
Use clear titles, accurate descriptions, and honest images. Don’t hide the nature of a meetup, product, or service. This helps maintain destination quality and supports platform and advertising safety requirements.
