Submit the correction
Send the URL, what’s wrong, and your proposed replacement text. Screenshots help for formatting issues.
Triage & scope
We classify the request (typo, date/time, host/venue, rules/format, or product detail) and confirm what needs verification.
Verification
When needed, we verify against the original source (club post, organizer note, or prior recap). We may email you for clarification.
Update & note
We apply the change, add an update note where appropriate, and keep the edit minimal (correct the issue without rewriting the entry).
Confirmation
We reply with what changed and the updated link. If we can’t verify the claim, we’ll explain why and what evidence would help.
What we can change
Dates/times, venue/host details, game format notes, broken links, and factual errors in recaps. We don’t remove accurate historical results from league recaps, but we can add clarifying context when warranted.
