1) Membership & content access

Membership provides access to our monthly lineup bulletin and related member materials (digital). Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post member-only content.

We may update formats, features, or delivery schedules while maintaining the overall purpose of the bulletin.

2) Billing, renewals, and cancellations

• Subscription billing (if offered at checkout) renews automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges.

3) Store purchases, refunds, and order issues

Our store may offer physical items (e.g., limited editions). Before placing an order, review your cart and checkout details: Cart and Checkout.

• Refunds are considered case-by-case for defective items, incorrect items, or items damaged in transit, subject to verification.
• For issues, include your order details and photos when applicable.
• Digital content access and member materials are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

4) Editorial scope & disclaimers

• Listings, venue accessibility notes, and nostalgia-focused recommendations are informational and reflect our editorial judgment at the time of publication.
• Event details can change. Confirm times, accessibility accommodations, and policies directly with the venue or ticketing provider.
• We do not provide medical, legal, or safety advice.

5) Ticketing links, pricing, and third parties

We may link to third-party venues and ticketing providers. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or policies. Any price references are informational and may be outdated.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melodivista Nights LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site, bulletin, or linked third-party services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

8) Governing law & company info

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State of Wyoming.
