3) Memberships, billing & cancellation

• If offered, memberships may include paid features (e.g., newsletters, alerts, archives).
• Prices, features, and availability may change; changes apply prospectively where required by law.
• If your plan is recurring, it may renew automatically until you cancel. You are responsible for managing your subscription and keeping payment details current.
• Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, or violate others’ privacy.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data at scale without our written permission.
• Do not interfere with security or operations (e.g., malware, credential stuffing, abusive traffic).
• Do not misrepresent affiliation with Melodivista Nights, venues, artists, or ticketing services.

5) Intellectual property

The Site and our original content (text, compilation, design, logos) are owned by Melodivista Nights LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Artist, venue, and third-party names/marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6) User submissions

If you submit suggestions, reviews, or other content, you represent you have the rights to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Site. We may remove submissions at any time.

7) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site and may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were posted. Your continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

9) Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Melodivista Nights LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Disputes, governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
