1) Membership pricing & taxes
Membership prices, billing frequency (e.g., monthly or annual), and any promotional terms are displayed at checkout (or in the in-app purchase flow). Prices may be subject to applicable sales tax where required.
2) Auto-renewal & billing timing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Your payment method is charged at the start of each new billing period (or as otherwise shown at checkout).
- We may update prices or plan features from time to time. If a change affects your subscription, we will provide notice as required and any changes apply no earlier than the next renewal cycle.
3) Free trials (if offered)
If a free trial is offered, the trial length and eligibility are shown at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the price shown at sign-up at the start of the first paid billing period.
4) How to cancel
- Web subscription: Sign in to your account and use the subscription or billing settings to cancel.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: If you subscribed via an app store, you must cancel through that store’s subscription management (we cannot cancel it for you).
- Need help: Email contact@domain.com with the account email and request.
5) When cancellation takes effect
After you cancel, you will generally keep access through the end of your current paid billing period (or trial, if applicable). We do not typically provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law or expressly stated in a written offer at the time of purchase.
6) Refunds & exceptions
Refund eligibility depends on how you purchased and the circumstances:
- App store purchases: Refunds are handled by the app store and are subject to their policies.
- Direct purchases from us: We may review refund requests for issues such as duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or service access problems. Submit requests promptly (ideally within 30 days of the charge) with relevant details and any supporting information.
- Non-refundable items: To the extent permitted by law, one-time fees (if any) and previously used subscription periods are generally non-refundable.
7) Charge disputes (chargebacks)
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at contact@domain.com so we can investigate. If you file a chargeback with your bank, we may suspend access while the dispute is resolved and may request additional information to verify account ownership and activity.
8) Managing your subscription
You can review your plan, renewal date, and billing history in your account settings (or via the relevant app store subscription settings). Keep your payment method and contact email up to date to avoid interrupted access.
