Terms of Service

Effective date: February 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eventrion Briefs ("we," "us," "our") at domain.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) About the Service; no affiliation

Eventrion Briefs provides event briefs and tools for submitting and discovering event information. Unless we explicitly state otherwise on a specific page, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any venue, promoter, organizer, ticketing provider, or any local/state/federal government entity.

2) Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or the law.

3) Event submissions and content standards

If you submit event listings, text, images, or other material ("User Content"), you represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • No illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • No personal data about others unless you have permission and a lawful basis to share it.
  • No spam, scraping of private data, malware, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
  • Clearly disclose age restrictions, costs, and material conditions (e.g., "21+", ticket required, RSVP limits) when applicable.

We may edit, reject, remove, or moderate User Content at our discretion, but we do not guarantee review or accuracy.

4) Licenses and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and promote the Service. The Service, including our branding and software, is owned by Eventrion Briefs or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

5) Third-party services and links

The Service may reference third-party venues, organizers, and ticketing providers. We do not control third-party content or services and are not responsible for their availability, policies, pricing, or performance.

6) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Event details may change; confirm directly with the organizer or venue.

7) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTRION BRIEFS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eventrion Briefs from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9) Dispute resolution; governing law

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If not resolved, these Terms are governed by Texas law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and any permitted court proceedings will be brought in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates when the latest version applies. Your continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
