Transparency & coverage

Eventrion Briefs is a short-format event newsroom. Here’s how we source listings, label sponsorships, and define which cities we cover.

How we source events

  • Public sources: venue calendars, city/community bulletins, libraries, parks departments, museums, and verified organizer sites.
  • Organizer submissions: events sent through our submission form are reviewed for clarity, location, and date/time details.
  • Updates: we correct listings when new details are confirmed, and we note cancellations when reliably reported.

Non-affiliation & editorial independence

Unless explicitly stated, we are not affiliated with any venue, organizer, ticketing platform, or municipality. Event names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our goal is fast discovery. We prioritize what’s actionable: where, when, who it’s for, accessibility notes (when available), and a direct link to the organizer.

See fuller statements in Disclosures & Disclaimers.

Sponsored labels (clear and consistent)

  • Sponsored means paid placement and will be visibly marked.
  • Partner means we received details directly from an organizer or venue; it is not necessarily paid.
  • If we ever use affiliate links, they will be labeled so you can make an informed choice.

Supported cities (United States)

We publish compact daily blocks for select metros. Coverage expands based on verified source availability and community submissions.

FAQ

Quick answers about how Eventrion Briefs compiles daily community events, how often it updates, and where our responsibility ends.

We prioritize primary sources (official venue pages, organizer announcements, and city/community listings) and cross-check key fields like date, time, location, and registration links. If details conflict, we note uncertainty or omit the item until confirmed.
We refresh listings throughout the day as organizers publish changes. The quickest way to catch updates is the daily digest—subscribe at Newsletter.
Community-forward events that can be attended or watched: local talks, civic meetings, museum programs, neighborhood gatherings, classes, performances, and family-friendly options—organized into compact categories for fast scanning.
We don’t sell tickets, process registrations, guarantee availability, or provide legal/medical/financial advice. We also don’t claim affiliation with organizers unless explicitly stated, and we avoid publishing private contact details.
Use the submission form at Submit an Event. For corrections, include the event link and what changed (time, venue, cancellation, etc.) so we can update quickly.
