How we source listings, link tickets, note age policies, and show “Last checked.”
We pull details from primary sources first: the venue’s official site, the official ticketing page, and verified promoter/artist announcements. If there’s a mismatch, we note it and keep the most recent primary update.
Related: Events listing standards.
When available, we link directly to the official ticketing provider. If deep links change frequently, we link to the venue’s event page (which then routes to the current ticket provider). This reduces broken links and wrong sellers.
More context: Tickets and Fees.
We capture the age restriction exactly as posted by the venue/promoter (including “ID required,” “21+ after 10pm,” or “Seated/All ages early”). Policies can change; if you’re planning, re-check the official page before you go.
If you see a mismatch, please use Report a change.
“Last checked” is the timestamp of our most recent verification pass for time/date, venue, and ticket path. It does not guarantee the event won’t change afterward—only that we confirmed it at that moment.
If an event is time-sensitive, we recommend checking again the day of.
Use the submission form and include at least one official source link (venue event page or ticket page). The more primary sources you provide, the quicker we can confirm and post.
Use the change form with the correct info and the official source (venue statement, updated ticket listing, or promoter post). We prioritize safety-critical corrections and cancellations first.

These reminders apply to event listings, submissions, and change requests across Virellia Events.
Our coverage focuses on adult nightlife and cultural events commonly attended by ages 40–60. Many venues are 21+ (or older) and may require ID. Always confirm age restrictions directly with the venue before traveling.
Tickets may be sold by venues or third-party platforms. We don’t control inventory, pricing, service fees, refunds, or chargebacks. Before purchasing, review the ticket seller’s terms and the venue’s entry rules (set times, door times, bag policy, seating, and accessibility).
Event details can change quickly (lineups, start times, venue rooms, pricing, and cancellations). We aim to keep listings current using official sources, but we can’t guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. For the most reliable details, verify with the venue and the official event page.
Virellia Events is an independent listing and planning resource. Inclusion does not imply endorsement, and venues/organizers remain responsible for their events. For details, see our Editorial & Event Accuracy Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
If you’re sharing sources, please include official links (venue site, organizer page, or verified ticket page) and the city/date in your message.
