Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.

2) Social casino demo only (no real-money gambling)

• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager, stake, or win real money through the Service.
• No prizes of real-world value: any in-game rewards are purely virtual.
• Virtual currency/items have no cash value, are not redeemable, and are not exchangeable for money or anything of real-world value.

3) Accounts, security, and changes

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including AI-generated content, features, or availability) at any time.

4) Acceptable use / prohibited conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not upload or generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; do not harass or impersonate others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, or use the Service for fraud or illegal activities.

5) AI-generated game content

Some games, text, or assets may be generated or adapted using AI. Outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or resemble existing works. You must independently verify anything you rely on. Report suspected infringement or issues via the contact details below.

6) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and content, except where expressly stated otherwise. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial demo purposes.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

8) Disclaimer & limitation of liability (Germany)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” for demo/entertainment purposes. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, under the Product Liability Act, and for any guarantees we expressly provide. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (Kardinalpflichten) and limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9) Governing law & consumer dispute information

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
