2) What Data We Process & Why
- Server logs: IP address, device/browser data, referrer, requested URL, timestamps. Purpose: security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
- Contact inquiries: information you send (e.g., name, email, message). Purpose: respond and document communications. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contract/contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Cookies/analytics (if enabled): we may use essential cookies for site operation and, where used, analytics/marketing technologies. Non-essential technologies are used only with your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable German cookie rules (TTDSG); essential storage is based on necessity/legitimate interests.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). In Berlin, this is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI).
6) Security & Children
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method is 100% secure; please avoid sending sensitive information via unencrypted channels.
This site is not intended for children under 16 in Germany. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to request deletion.
