1) Demo-only / no real-money gambling

All games and features are simulated for entertainment and testing. No real-money gambling is offered or supported. You cannot stake, deposit, or withdraw real money, and no prizes or items of real-world value are awarded.

2) Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risks.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Illegal use, harassment, hate speech, or infringing content.
• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automated scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security or access restrictions.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by NeonReel Arcade GmbH or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6) Copyright notice procedure

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email contact@igaming-demo-a.test with: (a) your contact details, (b) identification of the work, (c) the URL/location, (d) a statement of good-faith belief, and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent. We may remove or restrict content and request additional information.

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and under mandatory product liability laws. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

8) Changes & termination

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence remain unaffected. Where permitted, the exclusive venue is Berlin, Germany.
