2) What data we process
- Demo/contact form data: name, company, email, phone (if provided), message, product interest.
- Usage & device data: IP address, timestamps, referrer, pages viewed, device/browser info.
- Consent data: your cookie/analytics choices and related logs.
3) Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)
- Responding to requests and arranging demos (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for pre-sales communication).
- Sharing details with relevant partners to fulfill your demo/request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; in some cases Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; where required, consent Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4) Recipients, processors, and partner sharing
We use service providers (processors) for hosting, email delivery, CRM/ticketing, and analytics. They process data on our instructions under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR).
If you request a demo or information about a product/service offered by a third-party partner, we may share your contact and request details with that partner solely to fulfill your request. Partners act as independent controllers for their follow-up communications.
5) International transfers
We aim to process data in the EEA. If a provider/partner processes data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as an EU adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR), plus supplementary measures where required.

- Demo/contact inquiries: typically up to 12 months after last interaction, unless longer needed for documentation or legal claims.
- Marketing preferences/consent logs: for the duration of the consent and as needed to demonstrate compliance.
- Server/security logs: typically 30 days.
- Analytics data (if enabled): typically up to 14 months (provider-dependent).
