The Service is operated by Eventura Connect LLC ("Eventura," "we," "us").

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.

3) Listings are informational

Event, venue, and service listings are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, or quality of any listing or provider. Any transaction or interaction is solely between you and the third party.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, including scraping at scale, interfering with security, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
• Do not send spam, malware, or exploit the Service to harm others.

5) Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service. You represent you have the rights to provide User Content and that it complies with these Terms.

6) Intellectual property

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVENTURA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN ALL CASES, EVENTURAS TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eventura from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11) Disputes; governing law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that claims will be brought in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
