These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) describe how recurring subscriptions for Eventura Connect are billed, renewed, and canceled. They apply to purchases made through our website and are incorporated into any order you place.
1) Plans, access, and delivery
- What you receive: a weekly citywide schedule and practical attendance notes for adults 40–60, delivered digitally (e.g., email/newsletter and/or on-site access).
- Start of service: access begins after successful payment confirmation.
- Changes: we may update features, formats, or coverage as we improve the service. Material changes will be reflected in updated Terms.
2) Billing, renewals, and pricing
- Recurring billing: unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until canceled.
- Authorization: by subscribing, you authorize Eventura Connect LLC to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
- Price changes: if pricing changes, it will apply starting with your next renewal after notice is provided, unless a longer notice period is required by law.
- Taxes: sales tax may be charged where required based on your location and applicable rules.
3) Cancellation
- How to cancel: cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. If you need help, email contact@domain.com.
- Effect of cancellation: your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase.
- No partial periods: unless required by law, we do not typically prorate subscription fees for partial billing periods.
4) Refunds

6) Acceptable use
- Personal use: subscriptions are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish paid content without permission.
- Account integrity: do not attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls.
7) Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eventura Connect LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from attendance decisions, cancellations, venue policies, or third-party actions. Our total liability for any claim related to your subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for the most recent billing period.
