Terms of Service

1) Demo nature

• The Service is provided for demonstration and evaluation only. It is not intended for production use.
• Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change without notice. Data may be reset or deleted at any time.
• Do not upload sensitive personal data, special categories of data, secrets, or confidential information.

2) Acceptable use

• Use the Service only as permitted by law and these Terms.
• Do not interfere with the Service (e.g., probing, scanning, load/abuse, malware, credential stuffing).
• Do not access or attempt to access non-public areas or other users’ data.
• We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or others.

3) Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Service, including software, designs, and content, except for content you provide. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended demo purpose. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except where mandatory law permits.

4) Your content

If you upload or input content, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and for its legality. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the demo. You can stop this by removing the content, subject to technical and backup limitations.

5) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or that the Service will be error-free.

6) Limitation of liability (Germany)

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal duty), and liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Liability under mandatory laws (e.g., Product Liability Act) remains unaffected.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or security reasons. Updated Terms apply when posted on this page.

8) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive venue is Berlin, Germany.
